革命性的可吸收埋线材料

PDO 埋线材料是目前最新技术，具有质地柔软、非入侵性、术后效果自然的特点。它们采用聚二恶烷酮制成，这种材料在外科中早已有 10 年以上的成熟应用经验。这种埋线总体上分两种不同类型。第一种俗称“Cogs”，比较长，上面有微小的倒钩，通过面部埋线提拉手术之后，可以钩在皮肤上，起到拉皮的作用。第二种则非常细，用于设置在下颌、颈部、肩颈等部位，可以刺激胶原质的形成，同时拉紧皮肤，并能促进脂肪分解，减少这些部位的多余脂肪，故相当适合于下半脸减脂。

总之，PFO 埋线对于面部、下巴或眉毛轮廓松垂等，都有良好的改进效果，有助于预防眼袋和眼角纹的出现，提起松弛的颈部皮肤，产生瘦下半脸的效果，让微笑更有魅力，让嘴角更加上提，甚至还可战胜“吸烟纹”。整个过程无需开刀，效果出众，且恢复期极短，基本不影响正常工作。痛感仅相当于被小虫叮咬。不会留下任何疤痕，效果持续可达 3 年。

PDO 埋线提拉术

首先，医生会与您谈话，顺便拍摄照片，以便确定是否适合不开刀进行本提拉术。

施术部位的皮肤会采用乳霜或者局部注射麻醉（或二者结合）的方式来消除痛感；手术过程耗时 30~60 分钟，会按照个人选择，采用插管或微针进行埋线。整个过程无需开刀，基本免除了留下疤痕的后顾之忧。埋线完成后，立即就能看到效果。不过由于是非入侵性的提拉，所以完整效果会需要约 6 个月的时间，让身体充分形成各种胶原质、弹性蛋白和透明质酸等物质之后，才会呈现。

小知识：

PDO 埋线的原理类似针灸。二者都是通过通过复杂的走线方式来刺激胶原质的形成，原理都是机械力转导 —— 即利用了人体细胞能够将外界机械刺激转化为内部化学活动的这一机理

下巴 PDO 埋线瘦脸减脂

PDO 埋线可以刺激皮肤中胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的分泌。二者可以起到提拉松弛的面部肌肉与软组织的效果，改善皮肤的整体肌理。同时还能促进脂肪分解，产生瘦下半脸的效果，让它更紧致，立体感更清晰。所以在 PDO 埋线的作用下，皮肤会变得更加紧致和有弹性，效果甚至可持续 3 年以上。

面部埋线提拉术无需开刀，且会始终采用表面和局部（注射）麻醉法，确保受术者不会有不适感。只要有需要，随时可以追加麻醉。

手术刚开始的时候可能会有一些。但之后会逐渐减弱，等埋线被逐渐吸收之后，会完全消失。

基本上是不可能看到的。当然，极个别情况下可能会看到非常微小的线头（粗细类似头发）。即便真的出现这个问题，也非常容易解决，一般应当不会有任何问题。

埋线基本不可能断。即便真的断了，基本也不会有任何问题，因为这些线最终是会被吸收的。确实有必要的，还可以补埋。

要埋的线分为两种。一种用于提拉松弛的皮肤，还有一种则比较靠近浅表，用于支撑皮肤、刺激胶原蛋白分泌、提升皮肤弹性及促进脂肪分解。具体要多少根的话，个体差异较大，主要看个人需要。

一般轻微的副作用是有的，多见的有发红、淤青等；但炎症感染这类严重的情况是极其少见的。当然了，还是很有必要和您的主刀医生讨论下，了解可能的危险性和副作用。

术后最常见的两种不良反应，是肿胀和淤青。如果是整个面部的提拉，一般休息几天就能回去上班了；不过要让肿胀和淤青完全消散，需要的时间可能更久一点。具体的差别很大，不过一般都可以在 1~2 周内恢复正常。如果只是浅层埋线（如瘦脸、拉皮、颈部和下巴塑形等），一般不需要多少恢复时间，第二天即可上班。当然，可能还是会有些轻度的肿胀和少量淤青。

是的。因为效果维持时间一般是 2~3 年，按这个时间安排重做即可。

不会的。刚开始可能会感到皮肤有点发紧，之后就会逐渐消失，外表上也不会有拉扯变形的感觉。

做完后立即就可以，不过完整效果会需要约 6 个月的时间，待皮肤充分形成各种胶原质、弹性蛋白和透明质酸等物质之后，才会呈现。

一次 PDO 埋线提拉术术可以保 2~3 年。当然，不同的人结果是不一样的，会受到很多因素的影响，如年龄、健康状况和生活方式与习惯等（如有无烟酒嗜好、是否爱晒太阳之类）。

面部埋线提拉术的具体费用取决于您所选择的手术区域。若为整个面部的提拉并包括下颚，费用为 £2250。若只是某些局部（如颈部、下巴、下颚与颈部连接处等），价格将有所不同。具体的价格可以参考价目表部分。
