Cleanse, Revitalise, Exfoliate, Stimulate & Protect Your Skin
Cleanse
With our cleansers, you can effectively fight off oil, dirt, and bacteria which cause inflammation on the skin's surface and deep inside the skin pores. Potent active ingredients like glycolic acid or salicylic acid are the preferred potent active ingredients that quickly work to improve skin. Glycolic acid is suitable for normal skin type, while salicylic acid is suitable for acne-prone and oily skin type.
Revitalise
Exposure to UV rays causes the formation of free radicals which damage cell membrane and DNA, resulting in a reduction of normal cellular function. Free radicals trigger pigment formation leading to dull and uneven tone. Vitamin C as l-ascorbic acid is probably the most well-studied antioxidant neutralizing free radicals. Potent formulations (as ones below) may sting and irritate the skin initially.
Exfoliate
Chemical peeling agents have been around for centuries. Now you can use them at home. AHAs (glycolic, lactic, pyruvic) and PHAs (gluconolactone) are a superior form of exfoliation as compared to abrasive ones (scrubs, brushes & electronic). They break the bonds between dead skin cells deep in the skin, which then flake off gently. Regular exfoliation keeps the skin texture smooth, prevents pore clogging while promoting faster skin turnaround cyle.
Stimulate
Few ingredients in skincare medicine are known for stimulating deep skin cells (fibroblasts - only 1/3 active in adults at one time usually) to produce collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. These include retinoids and peptides. Retinoids include forms of vitamin a. Peptides imitate skin's natural messengers that help to stimulate the production of skin elements.
Protect (Sun Protection)
Sunblocks & Sunscreens don't have to be a very high factor to work. An SPF of 15 blocks 94% and SPF of 30 blocks 97% respectively. Treat it as an over the counter medicine and apply when required the appropriate amount. Remember, they don't last all day and use other forms of protection too, such as sunglasses and hats.
