Delivery Policy

 

We take pride in offering our hassle-free delivery services across the UK. However, delivery charges and time may vary for shipping to non-mainland UK vicinities and outlying locations. We can deliver to remote addresses in areas such as Scottish Isle, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands including the channel Islands.

Please note for UK mainland delivery

1. No shipping charges
2.  We use Royal Mail Tracked-48 to deliver your orders.
3. Please allow us a day or two to inquire your order and to process it.
4. Our packages may take a maximum of 3 days for delivery ( details in point 10)
5. The delivery would be made on any day excluding the weekends and bank holidays.
6. Once the payment is received by Glow and Go skin shop the order is dispatched.
7. Depending on the requirement of order one or more packages might be used for delivery.
8. Delivery to PO Box addresses is not possible, inconvenience caused is regretted.
9. Timely deliveries are our priority and we take all the necessary measures to make it possible, however the accidental delays caused by any chance are unavoidable.
10. We by no means would be held responsible for an uncertain delay or failure in any delivery due to unforeseen events that are beyond our control.

Deliveries to the remote locations

1. Covid-19 has immensely affected the deliveries to remote areas outside the UK.
2. The pandemic situation has refrained us from fulfilling our delivery commitments.
3. Royal Mail International is our shipping partner for all international orders and enables us to keep a track. It usually takes 5-10 working days for the order to be received once dispatched.
4. The buyer is liable to pay all incurred taxes and custom charges.
5. BFPO addresses are unfortunately not compliant to our delivery service.
