Return and Refund Policy
- It would be unfortunate to receive a return request from our customers but we’ll be happy to entertain your request in the best possible manner.
- The return must be made within 15 days of receiving the order and it must be ensured that the item is in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in.
- Shipping charges for the returned order are customers responsibility.
- The delivery charges paid at the time of receiving the order are non refundable.
- Incase of incorrect product delivery feel free to reach out to us at info@cosmedocs.com with reference to your order number.
- You’ll soon receive the product you originally ordered in exchangefor the mistakenly delivered product.
- On finding out that an impaired good has been delivered you’ll be refunded the full amount of your payment along with the delivery charges paid.
- In case of damage during transit pleasefavour us by sharing a picture of the broken product as this would help us make a claim against the courier company.
- Custom made orders are non-refundable.
The procedure for refund
- The customer must send back the product to us in its original packaging and condition. ( It is encouraged to send via a recognised courier service to avoid adversities)
- Please contact us at info@cosmedocs.com to receive assistance on the procedure of returning the item to us.
- As soon as the item is received and approved for refund we’ll notify the customer via email.
- The refund process is likely to take 3-5 working days after receiving the returned item.
