Allergic Reactions, Bruises, Swelling, Eyebrow/eyelid dropping asymmetry
The parallel grooves that appear on the forehead from constant contraction of the frontalis muscle and elevation of the eyebrows worsen with age and sun exposure. For certain people, these lines show ‘negative’ emotions of stress, concern and tiredness. Also we find that the primary concern with these lines is that they can age the facial appearance.
Whilst many may desire the complete absence of these lines with botox, the resultant effect of ‘overtreating’ can create a stony, artificial, shiny forehead with little feature. We have the extensive experience to apply with caution and precision in these cases. We have had many successes in achieving, a softer, smoother and natural look when applying botox wrinkle relaxing injections in this area.
Please note that pillow / sleep lines are not treated with Botox.
