Cosmedocs Clinical Partnership

From Advanced Practitioner to Master Clinician

An opportunity to build your own advanced aesthetic practice within one of Harley Street’s established aesthetic medicine clinics. Cosmedocs is looking for a small number of exceptional aesthetic practitioners in London interested in becoming long-term Clinical Partners.

This is designed for experienced practitioners who have already progressed beyond foundation-level aesthetics and now want exposure to something much harder to develop independently: a mature patient population requiring sophisticated, multi-treatment facial rejuvenation.

£100,000 Partnership Joining Fee + 25% of clinical turnover. All agreed practice overheads and management infrastructure are provided by Cosmedocs.

    This Is Not a Job

You are not joining Cosmedocs simply to perform treatments. You are joining to develop a practice.

Many experienced aesthetic practitioners searching for aesthetic jobs available in London reach a point where learning another injection technique is no longer the main challenge. The next level is learning to assess the ageing face as a whole, prioritise treatment, combine modalities intelligently and manage patients over several years.

Cosmedocs Partners will have the opportunity to work with established patients seeking advanced facial rejuvenation rather than relying solely on acquiring individual anti-wrinkle and filler appointments.

    The Opportunity

A managed Harley Street practice — and the clinical freedom to grow it

    Your Clinical Practice

The Partner develops and manages their own clinical practice within Cosmedocs. They should have:

    • Their own practitioner profile
    • Their own appointment availability
    • Their own developing patient following
    • Access to appropriate existing and new Cosmedocs patient opportunities within the Cosmedocs clinical environment
    • The ability to undertake increasingly sophisticated treatment plans
    • Long-term continuity with their patients
    • Significant earning potential without establishing an entire clinic infrastructure independently

    Cosmedocs Infrastructure

Cosmedocs manages the agreed infrastructure required to operate the practice, including areas such as:

    • — Harley Street clinical environment
    • — Treatment rooms
    • — Reception
    • — Appointment management
    • — CRM and clinical systems
    • — Patient administration
    • — Payments and practice administration
    • — Marketing infrastructure
    • — Clinical photography and documentation systems
    • — Governance systems
    • — Patient follow-up processes
    • — Stock and procurement infrastructure where applicable
    • — Complications and escalation pathways
    • — Ongoing professional and clinical development

The precise services, costs and responsibilities included within the partnership will be defined in the individual partnership agreement.

Access to a Different Level of Patient

    Advanced practitioners need advanced patients

Becoming technically proficient in individual procedures is only part of becoming an exceptional aesthetic physician or practitioner. Mastery develops when you repeatedly assess and manage patients presenting with combinations of:

    • Skin ageing
    • Dynamic and static lines
    • Volume redistribution
    • Structural changes
    • Facial shape changes
    • Laxity
    • Tissue descent
    • Previous aesthetic treatments
    • Different ageing patterns
    • Different budgets and expectations

Cosmedocs has an established patient community developed over many years. Partners can therefore gain experience managing longitudinal facial rejuvenation, with access to appropriate Cosmedocs patient opportunities within the Cosmedocs clinical environment.

    The question is no longer

    “Where should I inject?”

    But

“What does this patient actually need — and in what sequence?”

    Mentorship & Clinical Development

Work alongside Cosmedocs before becoming a Partner

Partnership is not available immediately after application. Every potential Partner must first undertake a minimum three-month working period with Cosmedocs. The practitioner simultaneously has the opportunity to assess Cosmedocs. Only after this period do both parties decide whether to proceed with Partnership.

There is no obligation on either side to proceed after the initial working period.

Learning Directly With Dr Ahmed Haq

Mentorship in clinical reasoning, not just technique

The partnership programme includes progressive clinical mentorship with Dr Ahmed Haq and the Cosmedocs clinical team. The objective is not simply to teach more procedures. It is to transfer the clinical reasoning behind advanced aesthetic practice.

Partners should progressively learn the Cosmedocs approach to complete facial rejuvenation and develop the judgement required to independently manage increasingly complex patients. We set standards and provide mentorship; competency is independently assessed. We make no claim that any practitioner will reproduce another clinician’s results.

The joining fee reflects entry into a long-term professional partnership model rather than payment for employment. Cosmedocs provides the established clinical environment, infrastructure, systems, brand platform, mentorship and agreed operational support required for the Partner to develop their practice.

The 25% turnover contribution supports the ongoing management and infrastructure of the Partner’s practice. The Partner retains 75% of clinical turnover, subject to the final partnership agreement and any specifically excluded costs.

No partnership fee is payable merely to apply. Commercial terms are discussed only with candidates who successfully progress through the selection and working period. “Clinical Partner” describes the commercial and professional relationship and does not imply equity or ownership in Cosmedocs unless separately agreed in writing.

    Who We Are Looking For

    This opportunity is deliberately selective

    Ideal candidates may include

    • Doctors
    • Dentists
    • Appropriately qualified prescribing aesthetic practitioners
    • Established aesthetic practitioners with significant clinical experience

They should already be comfortable with core injectable treatments.

This opportunity is not suitable for newly qualified aesthetic practitioners.

We are particularly interested in practitioners who

    • Have moved beyond beginner aesthetics
    • Want to master whole-face assessment
    • Want to manage more complex rejuvenation cases
    • Want mentorship rather than another short course
    • Have excellent patient communication
    • Understand conservative aesthetic medicine
    • Want to build a substantial long-term practice
    • Are commercially ambitious without compromising clinical judgement
    • Value reputation over short-term treatment volume
    • Would like to practise from Harley Street
    • Want the infrastructure of an established clinic without building everything themselves

    Eligibility

Are you eligible for the London Clinical Partnership?

The Cosmedocs Clinical Partnership is for experienced aesthetic practitioners in London who are ready to build a long-term practice. If the following describes you, we would like to hear from you.

    • Based in London or able to practise regularly from Harley Street
    • Doctor, dentist or appropriately qualified prescribing aesthetic practitioner
    • Significant clinical experience beyond foundation-level injectables
    • Already comfortable with core anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments
    • Independent prescriber or working under robust clinical governance
    • Seeking a long-term clinical partnership rather than a short-term role
    • Ready to develop your own patient following within an established clinic

We Are Not in a Hurry

The right Partner matters more than filling the position

Cosmedocs intends to develop a small group of clinicians capable of carrying the clinical philosophy and reputation of the practice forward over the coming years. For that reason, we have deliberately chosen a slow selection process.

We want practitioners to work with us.

We want to see how they treat patients.

We want them to see how we operate.

And only when both sides believe there is a genuine long-term fit will we discuss finalising Partnership.

We are building the next generation of Cosmedocs — not filling vacancies.

Aesthetic jobs available in London — how this differs

Most aesthetic jobs available in London are sessional or employed roles: a clinic provides a room and a diary, and the practitioner is paid per treatment. Progression is usually measured in techniques learned rather than in clinical judgement developed. The Cosmedocs Clinical Partnership is a different proposition — a long-term partnership in which an experienced aesthetic doctor, dentist or prescribing practitioner builds their own practice inside an established Harley Street clinic.

If you are searching for aesthetic practitioner jobs in London, aesthetic doctor opportunities on Harley Street, or a route from advanced practice towards master-level facial rejuvenation, this page describes the only pathway Cosmedocs currently offers. We are not advertising a vacancy; we are selecting Partners. Applicants practise from central London, and we work with PrivaDr Ltd, 10 Harley Street, London W1G 9PF for all CQC required treatments.

If teaching and structured courses are what you are looking for at this stage, our aesthetic training programmes may be a better first step, and our Harley Street clinic partnership page covers shared-premises collaboration for practitioners who already run an established practice. You can also read more about Cosmedocs.

    Clinical Partnership questions

Is this an aesthetic job vacancy in London?
No. Most aesthetic jobs available in London are employed or self-employed sessional roles paid per treatment. The Cosmedocs Clinical Partnership is a long-term professional partnership model: an experienced practitioner develops their own clinical practice within our established Harley Street environment, with managed infrastructure, mentorship and progressively more complex facial rejuvenation cases.
Who can apply for the Cosmedocs Clinical Partnership?
Doctors, dentists and appropriately qualified prescribing aesthetic practitioners with significant clinical experience in injectable aesthetics. It is deliberately selective and is not suitable for newly qualified aesthetic practitioners.
Can non-prescribers or nurses apply for the Clinical Partnership?
The partnership is designed for clinicians who can independently prescribe or operate under robust prescribing governance, because advanced aesthetic practice requires autonomous clinical decision-making and complication management. Non-prescribing practitioners are not excluded automatically, but they must demonstrate equivalent clinical autonomy, governance and accountability before progressing beyond the working period.
Do I need to bring my own patient list to Cosmedocs?
No. Partners gain access to appropriate existing and new Cosmedocs patient opportunities within the Cosmedocs clinical environment. You do not purchase or own any patient database, and all patient information remains managed under Cosmedocs privacy, consent, clinical-governance and data-protection requirements. Over time, you develop your own developing patient following from the patients you assess and treat inside the practice.
What are the commercial terms of the partnership?
The partnership involves a £100,000 joining fee and a 25% contribution from Partner clinical turnover, with agreed practice overheads and management infrastructure provided by Cosmedocs. The Partner retains 75% of clinical turnover, subject to the final partnership agreement and any specifically excluded costs. No fee is payable to apply.
Will I receive a guaranteed salary or income?
No. This is not an employed aesthetic job in London with a fixed salary. The Partner retains 75% of their own clinical turnover, which means income reflects the patient base and treatment volume the Partner develops. Cosmedocs does not guarantee patient numbers, turnover or income, because these depend on clinical fit, mutual commitment and the Partner's own practice development.
How long does the selection process take?
Application, interview and clinical assessment are followed by a minimum three-month working period inside the clinic. Only after a mutual review do both parties decide whether to proceed. There is no obligation on either side to proceed after the initial working period, and no automatic partnership after three months.
Can I continue working at another clinic during the partnership?
The Clinical Partnership is a long-term professional commitment, not a sessional side role. The expectation is that the Partner focuses their clinical practice within Cosmedocs and builds continuity with their patients. Exact exclusivity and outside-practice arrangements are defined in the individual partnership agreement.
    Where is the practice based?
The Partner practises from the Cosmedocs Harley Street clinical environment in central London, with treatment rooms, reception, appointment management and clinical governance systems already in place. We work with PrivaDr Ltd, 10 Harley Street, London W1G 9PF for all CQC required treatments.
What treatments will I perform as a Partner?
Partners begin with the core injectable treatments they already master — anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers — and progressively undertake more sophisticated, multi-modal facial rejuvenation plans. The goal is not to perform more individual techniques, but to learn whole-face assessment, treatment sequencing and long-term patient management under mentorship from Dr Ahmed Haq and the Cosmedocs clinical team.
How is this different from renting a room on Harley Street?
Renting a room gives you a physical space. The Cosmedocs Clinical Partnership gives you managed infrastructure, appointment systems, clinical governance, marketing support, photography and documentation systems, complications pathways, stock and procurement support, and structured mentorship — all within the same Harley Street environment. The aim is partnership in practice development, not just access to a chair.
Does Clinical Partner status include equity in Cosmedocs?
No. 'Clinical Partner' describes the commercial and professional relationship only. It does not imply ownership of, or equity in, Cosmedocs, and it does not include ownership of Cosmedocs patient information, which remains managed under our privacy, consent, clinical-governance and data-protection requirements.
