Non-surgical nose job recovery — honest day-by-day timeline.
Filler rhinoplasty is one of the lowest-downtime aesthetic treatments — but it is also the one most easily undone by a pair of glasses on day three. This is the brief our doctors give every patient.

The recovery timeline, day by day
- Day 0
Treatment day
Pinpoint redness on the bridge or tip. Slight swelling along the dorsum. The new profile is already visible — but it is not the final result. No glasses, no pressure on the nose.
- Day 1–3
Mild swelling
Subtle puffiness along the bridge for 48–72 hours. Bruising is uncommon with cannula technique but possible at the entry point. Avoid hot drinks, alcohol, exercise.
- Day 4–7
Profile settles
Swelling clears almost entirely. The shape you see in the mirror at day 7 is close to your final result. Make-up, light cardio and skincare resume.
- Week 2
Clinical review
Photographs repeated. Any minor asymmetry along the bridge or tip is corrected with a small top-up — included in your treatment fee.
- Week 4
Final settled shape
Filler has fully integrated. This is the result you compare with your pre-treatment profile photograph.
- Month 12–18
Maintenance window
Most of our nose filler results last 12–18 months. We review and decide together whether a small refresh is appropriate.
