Non-Surgical Nose Job Before & After
Real nose reshaping results with threads and/or dermal fillers — long-lasting results of 2–3 years depending on modality. Profile refinement, dorsal hump camouflage, and contour correction — without surgery.

One of our earliest cases (c. 2010): Before and immediately after. Over 17 years of experience.

Post-surgical rhinoplasty fix: Dermal filler used to correct irregularities following previous surgical rhinoplasty.

Double dip dorsal bump: Filler placed to smooth a complex dorsal irregularity and create a straighter bridge line.

Tip transformation: Profile refinement with subtle tip support and bridge contouring for improved nasal harmony.

Post-surgical rhinoplasty fix: Filler used to correct complications and irregularities following previous surgical rhinoplasty.

Bridge smoothing — refining the nasal bridge contour for a straighter, more balanced profile.

Profile harmony — subtle dorsal refinement creating a smoother, more feminine side profile.

Ethnic bridge refinement — improving nasal bridge definition whilst respecting individual anatomy and features.

Dorsal correction: Targeted filler placement to smooth a dorsal bump and refine the bridge contour.

Female bridge contouring — smoothing the dorsal line and improving overall nasal definition in profile.

Tip lifting: Precise filler placement to lift a drooping nasal tip and refine the overall profile line.

Subtle tip lift — gentle elevation of the nasal tip creating a more refined, upturned profile.

Bridge and tip refinement — smoothing the dorsal line whilst simultaneously improving tip projection and definition.

Ethnic tip contouring — refining nasal tip definition whilst respecting the patient's natural features and anatomy.

Tip lift close-up — immediate improvement in nasal tip position and overall profile balance.

Profile silhouette — a cleaner, straighter nasal contour achieved with carefully placed hyaluronic acid filler.

Dorsal smoothing — creating a sleeker profile line by addressing small bumps and irregularities along the nasal bridge.

Hump camouflage: Strategic filler placement above and below the bump to create the appearance of a straighter bridge.

Frontal correction: Addressing visible asymmetry and contour irregularities from the front — a subtle but meaningful improvement.

Real-time progression: Before → 5 minutes → 10 minutes. Showing how the result develops during the treatment session.

Contour dent correction: Filler used to smooth a visible dent and restore even nasal contour from the front.

Male underside correction — refining the nasal contour from an inferior view, addressing irregularities visible from below.

Before: Asian nose reshaping — seeking improved bridge definition and profile balance.

After: Enhanced nasal bridge height and refined contour — subtle, natural improvement.

Male profile refinement — smoothing the nasal bridge contour whilst maintaining a natural, masculine appearance.

Before: Prominent dorsal bump. Patient preferred a non-surgical approach — reluctant for surgery but unhappy with the bump and overall contour.

After: Dorsal bump smoothed, nose contour more balanced. Improved proportions create the appearance of a more refined, smaller nose. A 15-year-old case.

Dorsal hump camouflage — precise filler placement creates a straighter nasal bridge profile without surgery.
Asian & Ethnic Nose Reshaping
Since 2010
We have extensive experience reshaping Asian and ethnic noses, where anatomy and aesthetic goals differ from Caucasian noses. Our doctors understand the nuances of nasal bridge height, tip projection, and skin thickness across different ethnicities.
Needle, Cannula, or Both
Tailored technique
We use needle, cannula, or a combination of both depending on the anatomy and desired result. A one-point nose job may be appropriate for some patients. See our Instagram for actual procedure videos demonstrating our technique.

The Ageing Nose
Nose ageing: lost volume, a more prominent bony profile
The nose does not stop changing after adolescence. With time the soft tissue and fat pads around the bridge and tip lose volume, the supporting ligaments soften and the tip begins to drop. As that soft-tissue cover thins, the underlying bone and cartilage read as more prominent — so a bridge that was once smooth can look bumpier, and the profile harsher, without the bone itself having changed. Other age-related irregularities appear alongside it: a deeper radix shadow, a drooping tip that shortens the upper lip, and asymmetries that were always there becoming easier to see.
Restoring small, precise amounts of volume in the right planes softens the bony profile and gives the tip back its support. We place this with a blunt cannula rather than a needle wherever anatomy allows — it moves around the vessels instead of through them, which makes the treatment both safer and, with topical anaesthetic, essentially painless. Most patients describe pressure rather than pain, and there is usually no bruising.
This is the same cannula technique we teach to doctors and dentists as part of our training curriculum at the Harley Street Institute, where this footage forms part of the teaching material for non-surgical nose reshaping.
