    HOW MUCH DOES
    BOTOX COST
    IN LONDON?

    One area? Two? Three?

London prices vary considerably — but the cheapest treatment and the most expensive postcode do not necessarily produce the best result. Start with what you actually need.

    Harley Street · Doctor-led · Transparent pricing

    At Cosmedocs

    1 area. 2 areas. 3 areas.

    1 Area

    £175

Frown, forehead or crow’s feet — following assessment.

    2 Areas

    £275

Commonly frown + forehead, or frown + crow’s feet.

    3 Areas

    £350

Usually frown, forehead and crow’s feet — when appropriate.

A £50 men’s supplement applies where additional dosing is required. Consultation: £50, credited against treatment.

The number of areas is not the diagnosis.

You may come in expecting three areas and only need one. You may ask for one area and discover that treating two muscles together gives the more anatomically sensible result. The fee should follow that decision — not lead it.

For national pricing and unit-based comparisons, see our UK Botox cost guide.

    Understanding an area

    One area isn’t one wrinkle.

AI-made anatomical illustration highlighting the forehead, frown and outer-eye muscle zones
AI-made anatomical illustration · educational, not a treatment map

    Forehead

    Horizontal forehead lines · frontalis

    Frown

Between the eyebrows · glabella / ‘11 lines’

    Crow’s feet

Outer-eye expression lines · orbicularis oculi

Botox reduces muscle activity rather than filling individual wrinkles. Your doctor assesses how the muscles work together before deciding which areas make sense.

    Don’t count wrinkles. Read movement.

A small sample of published clinic fees shows why postcode is an unreliable shortcut. These are individual price lists, not neighbourhood averages or a ranking of treatment quality.

How we compiled the London price guide

    What affects cost?

    Same treatment category.
    Very different service.

    01

    Dose

A headline price may cover a different dose. Ask how muscle strength and the intended result affect the amount used; units are not interchangeable between all products.

    02

    Practitioner

Establish who assesses you, who prescribes and who performs treatment. Check their registration, relevant qualifications and experience, not simply a job title.

    03

    Consultation

A proper assessment considers movement, medical history and expectations. Ask whether consultation and a review are included or charged separately.

    04

    Clinic & governance

Prescribing arrangements, insurance, clinical facilities, aftercare and complication support are part of the service. A postcode does not establish regulatory status.

    05

    Location & brand

Premises, staffing and branding contribute to overheads. A more expensive address does not, on its own, make a treatment better or longer lasting.

Price alone cannot tell you whether treatment is good.

But a transparent price should tell you what is included.

    The Cosmedocs position

    Not the cheapest.
    Not trying to be.

We are not trying to compete with every discount offer. Nor do we believe an expensive postcode automatically makes treatment worth more. The aim is straightforward: doctor-led treatment, appropriate dosing and transparent pricing.

    Assessment before areas

    The right amount.
    Not the most.

Three areas should not be a default package. They should be the conclusion of an assessment. You may need three. You may need one. You may need none.

    We may recommend treatment.
We may tell you to leave your face alone.

    Your questions

    London Botox pricing, explained.

How much is one area of Botox in London?

Cosmedocs charges £175 for one upper-face area. London clinic fees vary; compare the dose, practitioner, assessment and aftercare included rather than relying on a headline price alone.

How much are two areas of Botox in London?

Two areas cost £275 at Cosmedocs. Common combinations include frown and forehead, frown and crow’s feet, or forehead and crow’s feet. The appropriate combination depends on facial movement and brow position.

How much are three areas of Botox in London?

Three upper-face areas cost £350 at Cosmedocs. Other London clinics publish different fees. This is a treatment fee, not a recommendation to treat all three areas.

What are the three areas of Botox?

The usual upper-face areas are the frown between the eyebrows, horizontal forehead lines and crow’s feet at the outer corners of the eyes. An area describes a treatment zone, not a single wrinkle.

Is it cheaper to have three areas together?

The per-area cost is lower in Cosmedocs’ three-area fee than in three separate single-area treatments. That only represents value when all three areas are appropriate; an unnecessary area is still an unnecessary expense.

Why is Botox more expensive on Harley Street?

Fees can reflect practitioner experience, staffing, premises, insurance, prescribing arrangements and follow-up. A Harley Street postcode alone does not guarantee quality or justify a higher fee.

    Is £99 Botox safe?

A low price alone cannot establish whether treatment is safe or unsafe. Check who assesses and prescribes, who performs treatment, the product and dose, and the aftercare and complication support available.

Does more expensive Botox last longer?

Not automatically. Duration depends on dose, muscle activity, individual response, product and technique. Price is not a reliable measure of how long your result will last.

    How long does Botox last?

Aesthetic effects commonly last around three to four months, although individual responses vary. Some people prefer longer intervals. Plan repeat treatment around returning movement and your preferences, rather than a fixed subscription.

Do men pay more for Botox?

Cosmedocs lists a £50 men’s supplement where additional dosing is required. Your doctor confirms the dose and final fee during assessment; not everyone needs the same amount.

Do I need one, two or three areas?

That depends on facial movement, brow position, the interaction between muscles and your desired result. You may need one area, more than one, or no treatment. Counting visible wrinkles is not a diagnosis.

Can I only treat my forehead?

Sometimes. Forehead treatment must be assessed alongside the frown muscles and brow position because the frontalis helps lift the eyebrows. Treating it in isolation is not suitable for everyone.

    Is the consultation included?

The current Cosmedocs price list lists an injectable consultation at £50, credited against treatment. Confirm how this applies to your appointment when booking; do not assume a consultation without treatment is free.

    What happens at the review?

A review usually takes place around two weeks after facial Botox, once the effect has developed. The doctor checks the response and symmetry, and considers small adjustments only where appropriate. Confirm the review arrangements and any charges when booking; a review does not automatically mean more treatment.

Is Botox or filler better for forehead lines?

Botox addresses muscle-driven movement. Deep lines present at rest may also reflect skin changes or lost support and need a different assessment. More toxin is not always the answer; forehead filler has specific risks and is not a routine substitute.

How often should I have Botox?

Frequency depends on movement returning, your response and your preferences. You do not have to repeat treatment every three months. Discuss a sensible interval with your doctor rather than automatically rebooking.

How we compiled the London price guide

On 7 October 2026, we checked publicly accessible official clinic price lists. We selected three London providers as examples, not a representative survey. Standard single-visit area prices are shown; courses, promotions, clinician upgrades, male supplements and consultation or review charges are not combined into an average. A clinic’s name does not verify its neighbourhood.

Cosmedocs fees are drawn from our current price list. Other clinics may revise fees without notice. No neighbourhood-wide range, safety ranking or official statistical average is claimed.
